Q: What can I do if I:
- can’t sign in
- forgot password
- forgot email
A: The resolution Services Learning Centre uses the Alberta.ca sign-in system. If you are having trouble:
- Signing in
- Resetting your password
- Accessing your Alberta.ca account
- Remembering which email address you used
these issues need to be resolved through Alberta.ca Account. Please visit Alberta.ca Account | Alberta.ca.
Note: We are not able to reset passwords or make changes to Alberta.ca accounts. Once you are signed in, we can help with questions regarding:
- Accessing courses in the Resolution Services Learning Centre
- Course progress
- Certificates
Q: How can I register to take a course?
A: You can register for a course through the following steps:
- Select Course Catalogue at the top of the page on the Resolution Services Learning Centre
- Select the course you are looking to complete by clicking the View Course button located next to it
- Select Register
- Create an Alberta.ca Account (or sign into an existing one)
- After you have created an Alberta.ca Account (or signed into your account) you will then be able to access the courses in the Course Catalogue
A: No. Once you have registered you can take courses at any time. You can complete it in one session or over multiple sessions to fit your schedule.
A: Once you have completed all course requirements, you can access your certificate in your account using the following steps:
- Log into your account: www.justice.training.alberta.ca
- Select My Training at the top of the course page
- Select My Transcript
- Locate your completed course
- Under certificate, select the download button to open your certificate
- You can then save or print a copy for your records
Note: Your certificate will only be available once all course requirements are complete. If you have any trouble accessing your certificate, contact us at plei.rcas@just.gov.ab.ca
